From as early as I can remember, my parents taught us 3 boys, "If you see a job that needs to be done, just do it.  Don't wait for someone else to tell you to do it." 

While that applied to things around the house like emptying a dishwasher, taking out the trash, or putting on a new roll of toilet paper, it's a great way to get some fresh air, good "clear your mind" time, and some steps in.

Nearly all of the trash in these photos is from homeless encampments, and I've seen just about every food, hygiene, storage, or household item you can think of.
