Development Projects in El Cajon

There are 47 (!!) different development projects underway in El Cajon. From restaurants to car sales to condos and apartments, El Cajon is attracting investment in our City.

Some of the more well-known: A Starbucks at the top of Fletcher Parkway/Westwind; a Qdoba restaurant at the old Wells Fargo branch on 2nd Street; another Dutch Bros. at the old Wendy's at Jamacha/Washington; Five new pickleball courts at Wells Park; new retail on the bottom floor with residential above at the old Salvation Army thrift store site on the corner of Main/Magnolia
